I can STILL remember watching my father's face as he drove the rambler up his set of ramps to change the oil. Just after he got out of the car to get his tools/etc. The ramps collapsed. He had just used them the other day with the truck. NEVER trust ramps, I don't care WHO makes them!!! A couple of well placed jack stands do wonders. Even after having kicked the stands and shook the car on the stands, I still stare up at the steel above my head and wonder. A little fear is good, as it feeds respect. A lot of fear is bad, as it feeds mistrust. Go with the stands.
