I have a 69 malibu with column shift powerglide amd no tilt. I cannot seem to get the ign lock out. I bought this car without keys, and the lock turned. Today it turned back and i can't move it. I need to replace it. I've taken everything out of the top of the column. turn signal lever, lock plate, turn signal plastic horseshoe?, it is down to the shaft. but it looks like i have to remove parts of the actual column.
