I've reached the point in my rebuild where I need to address the rear end. I have a stinky 8.2 10 bolt in there right now that I plan on kicking to the weeds. I am going to put a strong BB with a 5 speed. No plans for the track, I just want a street car with an occasional highway trip. And I'm not yet sure what size tire I will be running. Can you guys recommend a setup for me?

Rear - I'd prefer to just bolt something in. I'm thinking upper 3's, 4's for the gear? Any recommendations on what, where to buy and a gear?

Control arms - Would rebuilt stock arms be ok, or would it be worth upgrading arms? All the bushings right now are toast.

Springs?

Any other recommendations?

Thanks for your help!

Thanks for the replies. I'll probably contact Glenn. I had swore off removing another bushing after doing the fronts, but we'll see.

Do you guys think a 4.10 gear would be too much? I know there is a rpm calculator out there, but just looking for some personal experience.

Thanks.
