The knobs were integral to the faders back then. So what you will get is a unit that has an Impala knob attached to it. Fader is electrically the same from a set-up perspective. Visually, the correctness of the knob...?

 

I have a '68 Caprice, the radio knobs appear to be the same, I bet it works. I think you noted in your interchange info that the 'b' body radio was a default. Thanks!

 

Got out the assy manuals for both cars like I should have in the first place. Correct fader part # for Chevelle and B body car both is 7304601. And I have one!
