At what HP levels would you switch to the PG, my car is heavy (3600lb) but the engine will make 600 NA with a 200-400 shot of NOS. I noticed alot of the faster guys use a PG. I will most likely end up on 1/8 mile tracks also, 1/4 miler is 2hr drive from here.

Well I plan on putting 4.10-4.88 gears out back, this will be a registered street legal car but definetly not a daily driver.

geez 1/8 mile and 488 gears all my glide cars got 514 or 543 for 1/4 mile cars and 32" tires .. if i was to build a true barnstormer 1/8 care it would have a 6 something gear with a glide ,,That's if you really want to woop 'em
Most run the glide for consistency ...So if you are racing the clock that might be the way to go...I like heads -up myself
First one there wins
