Back in August I bought a 3/8 front to rear line for my 69 coupe.
At first glance it looked ok, but when I was installing it I noticed the bend at the rear shock was allmost closed and had a crease in it.
Not wanting to send it back $$$$$$ I let it go.
Well it bothered me for two months so I finally called Fine Lines and explained the problem.
A salesman by the name of Ron ask me a few questions and if I could send pictures of the bend?
I E-mailed them pictures and the next day recieved a return E-mail stating they would send "AT NO CHARGE TO ME" a new fuel line.

Ron even called me to let me know when it would be shipped.
It would have been very easy for them just to blow me off and say it wouldnt cause a problem.
But they didnt and I commend them for that and thought I would pass along to you guys that not all companys are out for the quick buck.

Good for you for posting that TC. We sure seem to jump on a company when they screw us around, but don't often enough give one a pat on the back when they do something good like Fine Lines just did for you.

Thanks for the replys :
I was thinking about what most people do when they restore a car or even fix one up.
They collect parts and sometimes they dont or cant fit them to the car.
After collecting parts for two years or so only to find out they dont fit,are dammaged or the wrong part can be costly.
It's nice to know some companys will step up to the plate and admit a mistake.

I put all new lines in my '65 from Fine lines... Great products and no mess ups at all. :D

I've done 2 cars both using their products.
1st car had an obscure line, the one their bok showed wasn't even close. I sent them my original & a week later I had a new stainless one they fabbed up for me.
Second car (the elky) one line had a pinhole.
again no problem a few days later a new one arrived at my door.
I wont hesitate using them for all future restorations
