Have you checked the thermostat to make sure its working correct? Is radiatior old and stopped up? Or gunked up so that its not efficent? Is your water pump working correctly? Sometimes the old impelers wear out and don't pump. If everything obove is working correctly, also assuming you have the right size rad. & fan and the fan shroud it should cool like it came from the factory. If its not something above is amis.
