We I finally did it! I was planning on building up a 2 bolt block but found a nice deal that Notalent(Brandon) had for sale from ATK racing engines. Here are the specs:
4 bolt block.....040 over
Scat 9000 4.25 crank
Scat 4340 I beam rods/arp bolts
KBF Forged pistons...+18 dome
Howards hyd roller..294/302....236/242....620/620....112
Lunati 72331 roller lifters
SA double roller chain
He said it made 600/605 on the dyno with Edelbrock Perfomer rpm heads and a Quick fuel 780 street carb. Im hoping the AFR 315's and larger carb picks the power into the 650/650 range. Looks like I might run an RPM air gap instead of the Vic Jr for this build just seems to fit the build better. So here is the plan...what do ya think.
