I removed my dash assembly from my '66 and disassembled/removed old paint for repaint. i also have the cluster out. since this is a big job, what types of modifications has everyone done to their dash/cluster. now is the time and I am not a purist, so throw me some ideas! i was thinking colored LED's to replace the original clear #1895 cluster bulbs, but what else?????????????????????thanks for the input. and by the way, i found some great time saving tips in the forum search section that made removing the dash a piece of cake. thanks again everyone

thanks for the info. i have a tube of dielectric in my garage. 454 soon, huh? i have a 502 block and a set of brodix heads i had given to me on a stand waiting for a build, but i am dealing with the low budget items for now. i do want to keep a somewhat original look to the dash, but some minor mods are okay.
