Ok so I dont have it yet, but lets pretend I do. :p

I dont wanna clutter the CL alert page.

-original black interior bucket seat 4 speed car. Still has 4 speed pedals in it. Missing the console though. New seat covers, carpet, looks like door panels.

-new power brake kit.

-all wiring works, hi beams, low, brakes, flashers. Said he hasnt cut or spliced into anything.

-Car also comes with new driveshaft with moser parts and 400 yoke. 1350 driveline seried I think.

-aluminum radiator and tranny cooler even though I would like to have manual.

-russel aero line to front. powdercoated sumped fuel tank.

-Mark Williams? 12 bolt with 35 spline welded axles. Chris Alson upper control arms adjustable with spherical bearing on one side. 456 spool. (plans would be to sell for a 12 bolt or even a nice condition much cheaper 10 bolt)

-Powedercoated bumper brackets, hinges, control arms. New springs, polygraphite bushings. New steering components. Adjustable shocks.

-Summit big block exhaust kit, still clamped hasnt been welded yet. Over the frame ceramic coated headers, will most likely sell.

-Comes with all ss badging to clone it he said. Spare trim, extra tail lights. Rear package tray metal panel and powdercoated inner fenders.

-new front bfg tires, ralleys look good. Rear tires are the bfg street radial slicks I think.

Keep in mind that "vinyl" looking top is actually paint to protect it until its sanded down and por'd. He said metal is good, no rust.

He brought this car from cali 3 years ago when he moved to idaho. He is the second owner.

The bad is it needs a package tray and new trunk and whatever else is hiding. The rear fenders are supposed.... to be absolutely rust free as well as the floors.

Future plans would be to put an ls engine and 6 speed. If the LS is to expensive then I would consider a 327 or 350 on the cheap. Fix the trunk and rear window. Paint it black and put a vinyl top back in it with a console. Then sell the honda and daily drive it! :hurray:

Glastek 4 inch hood with matching springs. Probably trade Kev for his 2" goodmark steel. Looks like a nice other little project.

Ralley wheels look nice but a triple black 66 would be really sweet with the same thing everyone else has! 16 or 17" torque thrusts! :hurray: If I did ever get new wheels i would like to get something more unique but I do like torque thrusts.

Racing a car is fun yes, but I don't think I can use it enough to make it worth while. I enjoy driving my cars on the street and like to use them to get somewhere. To me racing is a waste of a car, especially because I live so far from a track. If I had alot of excess money I would build a dedicated race car. I actually think this car might be worth saving too, dont worry I would customize it still. I also am going to have trouble justifying having 3 cars and a motorcycle with the space I have.

By the time you bring it back to where you want it, you'll have a ton in it, especially with an LS1 and 6 speed, and the associated components that go with it. I still say race it!!!!

Get a CTD for your daily and find a cheap trailer, you can store the car and the motorcycle in the trailer and free up some space.

Spending your money is fun!!!:D

I need to investigate because you may be right that the LS series engine is just too pricey. Whats a CTD? Also where am I going to find a cheap enclosed trailer and still have money for the car? I really doubt my neighbors will like having a trailer parked in the culdesac either. The only way to make it worth its penny is to use it, drive it daily. Selling the honda will make some money too but I have to make a successful daily first, could be a year or more. However, :D I do usually work a pretty quick pace when I get motivated.

That is definatly a good score. I love the shifter pedestal I'm going to have to build something like that. that rearend does sound pretty tempting if they were 4.10's I would be on that like a fat kid on a cupcake.

I do have a 12 bolt with 3.73's that with the eventual 6 speed would be great. I also noticed that there is no front sway bar... I will also be taking my hotchkis front 1 3/8" in favor of well... none.

68 is better than 69.

Also I will most likely sell the shifter pedestal. I think Kevin said he wanted it.

Don't we all lol Should be sweet if you do pick it up, either way you choose to go with it :thumbsup:
Dude, I built an engine in the time its taken you to come pick up my air shocks. ;)

Sell the Elky and do the LS2 conversion and have the best of both worlds. Race into the 11's and cruise with the overdrive around town, sure it's not cheap but worth it in the end:yes: It is the Best looking year Chevelle after all:D
