Few weeks ago I posted about how upset I was over a windshield install in the 67. Where the 2 pieces of trim of the windshield meet at the lower DS corner there is a provision for 2 clips. THe PS side sucked in fine, DS did not. Installer refused to put an additional clip in there, instead mucked up my trim (blaming it) and took all the paint off the edge.

Anyway I called Muscle Factory to price weatherstripping and inquired if they sold the clips and to include one in the estimate, I didnt buy anything that day although Ive spent thousands over the years.

Open the mail this morning and theres a package in the mail with not 1 but 2 clips in there, gratis, talk about a nice surprise after a rough nite at work! Now I can fix it myself.

Thats what Im talkin about, hats off to Muscle Factory and Ron for his great service . :thumbsup:

Defintely be ordering all the weatherstrip this next week.

I like the fact that the employee was proactive and the company permissive to let him be that way. Maybe the whole deal wouldn't cost them a buck, but you've heard the story about the olive company that lessoned each jar by one olive and it amounted to millions over the term of a single contracted order. If I remember correctly, the purchaser was an airline.
