I just had a few questions about running nitrous. How big of a system do you think I will need to get my car to 10.50? Particulars of the car are as follows, 1972 Monte Carlo, #3720 lbs with driver.6 point roll bar. 427 big block, canfield heads, solid roller cam .680/.695 lift, Victor jr. intake, 950 hp carb, srp 12.1-1 pistons, eagle I beams w arp 2000 bolts. turbo 400 trans, 4200 stall. 4.56 gears 29x10 slicks. It runs a pretty consistant 11.35 @ 120mph now with no nitrous. I am leaving off the foot brake at 2400 rpm and it hooks real well, brakes don't hold it at any higher rpm. Also any recomendation on rpm range for the nitrous to come on?and go off? I have a programable window switch. This engine is fresh about 20 runs, should I let it get broke in more before I put nitrous on it?
