I used the B-body tank in my FI conversion. The frame only has to be trimmed a tiny bit at the very edge so it doesn't rub against the tank and eventually wear through the plastic. Some people make a trap door in the trunk to clear the fuel pump bulge. I opted to space the tank down so I didn't have to cut.
