i took the a/c unit off the fire wall but i want to leave the blower on for the heater, so what can i do to solve this problem??

You will need a special replacement box for this. The hole in the firewall is completely different for AC and non AC cars. The heater hoses also come out in different locations. I custom made a box before they began to sell them. Most of the resto parts suppliers carry them now.
