Just like John, she is a wonderful person to be around. Hopefully she can make it out one of these times and meet the motley crew:D
BTW John, I feel the need for another Vegas trip real soon, how about the next NHRA event. Last weekend in OCT.

Tomorrow, Darryl, in Victoria.

Can't wait to run with that new converter.

Cool story...

I'm loading up the Chevelle with all the raceday gear...jackstands, tools, bla bla bla, and I ask my son to come out and help me guide the car up the trailer. His mom says, no, his dinner is on the table...but I'll help you do it. Cool.

Mama san comes out, and I tell her, it's customary for the helper to go for the ride to the end of the street to turn around to line up for the trailer. She goes for it.

Halfway down the street, she hollers, "This car is sooooo loud, I hope you wear earplugs."

I say , "Oh yeah, hon." This is with the exhaust and mufflers hooked up.

Anyways, we turn around, head back to the trailer, she gets out to guide me up the trailer. Now here's the deal. No pictures, guys, sorry, but even after being married for 19 years, my wife is still smokin' hot. Mike Parker will concur.

So there's my hot li'l Mama, up on the trailer guiding me on, and out from across the street walks my neighbor and his buddy to see what all the noise is about.

It felt pretty cool have my li'l princess, looking really Saturday Night Fine, guiding me up the ramps while the resident bachelors looked on. You guys know what I'm talking about. Why is it at the racetrack, the guy with the really sweet ride has always got the super hot lady working in his pit ? And I'm the guy with the ugly car and the super fine lady. Let's just say I'm lucky, or she's just got bad eyesight. ;)

Maybe it's just a Canadian thing... I don't know. I told my wife how cool I thought it was that she helped out, and how sweet she looked, and let's just say she thought that was pretty much a good thing.

It's a good life.

Good job on attacking this and getting it sorted out. Looks like it will be running again even stronger soon.

No heater, in Pullman? It's going to be a long winter.

I'm soooo jeaouls Mark, I want a ride down the freeway when you get it in. I still might buy one for the '70.

Good going on the seats Brett, should make for a nice ride back and forth from school.
