Rick: I don't mean to sound crass, but why are you (management) spending so much company time at TC and sYc? What would you think if all of your employees "lived" at e-Bay.com, NBA.COM, NASCAR.COM, or HGTV.COM, or just played Bingo all day at POGO.COM? Not only are they not being productive at work, but they're soaking up network and Internet bandwidth of those that are trying to get work done. I'm an I.T. weenie and I frequently visit TC for a half-hour or so at lunch time at work, but most folks are gone and not much "work" is being done anyway.
Our I.T. security group has employed a third-party "Smart Filter" to eliminate porno, games and entertainment sites. (Funny, NASCAR.COM is entertainment but NBA.COM and NFL.COM aren't.) Our employees "live" on the Internet to do government business.
