It happened today..... and apparently Bob and the CTSV did quite well. And he's 77!

It was interesting that the likely competitors had excuses for not showing up. Like the one about Lutz having racing experience. Does this mean that they cannot find another good driver for the "ultimate driving machine"? After watching typical BMW drivers on the road, I would say they have yet to find a competent driver for their cars.

Thats the same engine thats supposed to be dropped into the 2011 Z/28.

The M5 is a dog. Even if it has a V10 at 500hp. There are two drivers in the video here:

One (the M5) says he isn't experienced the other says his M3 "ultimate driving machine" can't get the power down..the excuses started before the laps!

Thats crazy John Henricy time is like 10 seconds faster than Bob Lutz.
