I bought a used Comp xtreme 268 hydraulic cam for a 350 I've got. The cams got about 1000 miles on it.
When I bought it I noticed the guy had all the lifters in an egg carton, and all looked to be labled up fine. Well I went to install it last night, and I notice that the lifters for 3 cylinders were both marked as the same valve, ie both had intake or exhaust written on them.
So my only option is to guess at which is which. With only 1000 miles on it, if I lub them up really good, will they be ok?
