A friend of mine was out on a mission when he threw a serpentine belt off his 5 ton. Trouble was, he was in an area that they've been hit before a few times. He got permission from higher to "Run the wheels off it." Well,...he did. We found one of the pistons in the turbo! Hey, I'd be glad to swap out the engine. They're easy to find. Friends over here are a little harder to come by. If all goes well, I'm gonna reclass to EOD. Can't stand bein' inside the wire any more. Wish me luck. Keep the cruises going back home.
I'd be glad to replace that engine for ya'!

Best of luck, thanks for your service. My girlfriend is in the guard, it's up in the air whether or not she's going over there or not.... I'm hoping no, but if she does, I understand. I nearly went into the Marines, but never could make the committment.... but I'm thankful so many have. I wish you the best of luck over there, and make sure you keep a couple of those piston chunks, make great stories 40 years down the road! Justin
I'll look into that and get back to you. I know they have care packages that they give out at the MWR. (rec center) Oh, if anyone of you guys sent the Girl Scout cookies, they were great!

Keep up the good work Alan. My hat is off to all of our men and women service personnel. My daughter is a girl scout and sending cookies to the troops is one of their big service projects. It won't be long and it will be Girl Scout Cookie time again back home!
