Im wanting to list my wagon in the classified, but do not see anyplace that says new posts?? What am I doing wrong? Dean,,, anybody,, Thanx Nick

Hi Nick!

When you get to the Classifieds page, look about a third way down the page on the right hand side and you'll see a link that says "Place an Ad". It has gold stars flashing around it.

Which 'classifieds' are you trying to use - we have a few.

I know,, but after profile I do not have "place an ad" with the starrs on both sides ???

The only reason I can think of is if you're not logged in.
But you'd have to be logged in to post in a thread or start a thread, so................??????

I thought that might be his problem too, but he says he sees a "profile" link. He wouldn't see that if he wasn't logged in would he?

Im logged in, and I can see the place an ad logo every place else except free classified,, ??

Get our home page up and where it says classifieds just hold your your little arrow (mouse) on it and free classifieds will pop up then click on free classifieds.

Then go over to the right and down and click on place an ad.

Then you will see for sale with an arrow click on that.

I don't think it should matter WHAT page you're on. If you see the "place an add" link just click on it and it will direct you to the right section for your ad.

Then you will see group purchases click on the arrow. You should be good to go, but if not we can go again.

I think his first step when you hold the mouse on classified then you click on it was it. If he didn't do that he wouldn't see place an ad.

Hi Nick. Try it now, I think it should show up for you. There appears to be an error in the usergroup settings, and seeing as I'm now a guest admin I don't want to change it so I tried a work-around with your account. If it works, let me know so I can change you back - I turned off your "current events" group access as that's most likely the problem.

Just checking in Nick. Let me know if that works for you. Your access to CE was turned off (so you could post the ad), but you can click it back on, or let me know and I'll do it.
