I actually meant a database for both 5.5 and 5.75 wheels would be nice because neither are very common. Since a 15X10X5.5BS is the max we can run on our cars, it would be cool to have a list to choose from:D I know some guys are running 5.75 with no problems.
Have you read the Wheel & Tire Database at the top of the page?

"Since a 15X10X5.5 BS is the max we can run on our cars, it would be cool to have a list to choose from.

These two statements are contradicting each other.

But most people don't initially choose a wheel for the sizes available... Most people choose a wheel for the style, and then check for available sizes...

Why do you need a 10-inch rim? Isn't 8" (15" diameter) sufficient for most tires that will fit in a Chevelle wheel well?

I know I run 295/50s and can't go much larger without body mods (who offers 15" tires in a larger 305 or 315 size anyway?). I think someone offers 325 drag radials, but not sure if those would fit without alot of trimming (they are more than an inch wider than the 295s)... The tread width is the same (on an 8" or 10" rim), and even though the sidewall is shorter, they still fit on an 8" rim (and the 8" is still within the Manufacturers recommended range), without affecting the tread width/contact patch... And the 8" rim doesn't have the clearance problems with the shock mount when centering in the A-body wheelwell...

Since the sidewalls on most tires tend to have a slight bulge that can rub/cut on the fender lip, the narrower rim actually pulls in the sidewall a little more, creating a little more clearance, without changing the overall tread width...
You can get by with undersized rims on 15" tires. It's not advisable to do so on 17" wheels or larger,Tony.

The point I was trying to make,Tony,is that the shorter the sidewall, the narrower the width range. Taller sidewall tires can flex more to take up the difference. Short sidewalls cannot w/o problems.
A 295/50/15 tire can probably use anywhere from an 8" to 11" range.
A 315/35/17 probably only has a 10.5" to 12" range,if that.
