...atleast it's new to me anyway.... this is the "extreme" rear anti-sway bar that Hotchkis sells. I took this diagram off of their website( www.Hotchkis.net ). I thought it was interesting how they employ a combination of a couple different designs. One being from the OE type mounting directly on the lower control arms, with the other being from the BMR and HRP bars mounting with end links and axle tube brackets. I've already purchased and installed the BMR anti-roll bar on my Chevelle, but I just thought I'd throw this out there for some of you who might want to opt for some rear suspension upgrades in the future.

No mounting points to the frame itself to stop body roll, .
..but it's mounted to the axle tubes as well as to the control arms which ARE mounted to the frame. Right? I mean, in order for the body to lift on one side or roll, it has to change the angle of one of the lower control arms. Right? And that bar would prevent that from happening. However, it might very well bind up the suspension also, as Harold has pointed out.

Anyway, the Spohn bar looks pretty nice though (the second one). Wouldn't you say?

this is the set up im waiting on . looks like it is set on kill
HAHA yea that looks like it's set on kill, and i dont even know what im looking at!!!

Seriously how much that system run. I still have not ruled out a Velle for our 2nd Ride. Wife just doubled her earnings and she likes the Camaro's and wants more of a touring car, and after being around my Buddy's 71 BBC the Velle has really grew on me. Be a bit more comfortable on someone my size too!;)

Im thinking of finding a regular Velle and going from there for my Street/Strip car.
