I got a nice used roller cam from someone and I need some help identifing it. He thought it was a crower 00469LM cam as thats what the part number on the box says. The cam is not what's on the box. I called crower and the markings are not one of there cams.
Its a billet core small base circle cam with a step nose for a one piece rear main seal block. It also has a manual fuel pump lobe. I don't know if its a hyd roller or a solid roller. If it can't be identified with the numbers that are on it what's a way to check it for lift and duration.
Here is what's marked on the cam itself.
Numbers etched on front of the cam appear to be the letters OC with the numbers 1236 etched underneath the letters.
numbers on the cam core IC R19 with the numbers 348174 underneath
on the rear of the cam there are stamped numbers 375L and 071AC.
I need to identify this to see if its something I can use or not.
