Hey like I said in a previous post I'm new and this is my first car but I had a few questions I was wondering if someone could help me with.
My outer two taillights work. My inner two taillights dont work. I swapped the bulbs from the inside to the outside to see if it was the bulbs, but the bulbs work so I'm assuming it's the wiring. Do I have to take off the entire chrome bumper to get to the wiring for the inner two tail lights? If not then how can i get these two workings because I really want to get this car on the road asap. (if I cant figure it out ill take it to a local shop so I don't mess anything up.)

My second question is my left and right turn signals (im assuming that's what you call the orange parts, sorry once again) worked but the left was dim so I took the bulb out and when I did I saw this weird yellow stuff on the bulb and in the socket. I then checked the right side too to see if this was normal but it was clean over there. after putting the car back into run and putting the bulbs back in (and yes they were for sure in) they don't seem to work now??? does anyone know why that is and why there was yellow stuff on the bulb and in the socket? (i plan on buying new bulbs for every exterior light this weekend when i get my check)

Last question. Yesterday only my right headlight was working but after messing with the parking lamps now it doesn't work. Im already getting sick of this car from the third day of owning it but it's fun as well because it feels like a mystery hunt, running back and forth from my car to my computer doing research and all the way to my local autozone.
In conclusion my headlights dont work, turn signals dont work. and my inner two tail lights dont work (but the bulbs do so im assuming its a connection issue). Once again I apologize if these are simple questions or hard questions, I'm just trying to give as much detail as possible for others to help me. If it would be best to take it to a shop please let me know.
