...Not sure if this is the right forum for this, but I figured I would share a "good" vendor experience. I installed the American Thunder exhaust kit from Flowmaster on my Malibu about 2 years ago. The other day, the tailpipe hanger on the passenger side broke. I called Flowmaster to see if I could get a part # for just the one hanger. The tech rep I spoke with (Phil) took my name and address said that he would ship a new hanger to me at no cost. I know this is small $$$ to them, but it's good customer service and little things mean a lot sometimes.

ok, i'll add one more-i ordered some tail lights(70) and some other parts from ground up-when ups delivered it to me, it had a big ol footprint on one end of the box, and a hole there and some parts were missing, plus 1 tail light was busted-i called ground up, he took care of calling ups and replaced my parts,
no problem
