I just wanted to post an experience I had with Autometer recently. I had a Phantom vacuum gauge stop working on me, and after emailing the tech support, they said to send it back for replacement of repair. The rest of my gauges are ultra-lite, so I asked if it would be possible (if it needed to be replaced) if I could swap it for an ultra-lite version. I requested this in a note included in the box when I returned the gauge, and upon recieving the gauge back today, I was happy to see a brand new ultra-lite vacuum gauge in the box, free of charge (no duties crossing the border, no tax, nothing, they covered all of it).
Anyways, I just wanted to pass on my good experience with tech support, as people seem to always want to do when it happens. Always great when a company stands behind their product.
