Doing a complete rebuild of 70 stock LS5 engine. What gasket set is the best to use to put the engine back together with. Are the one piece oil pan gaskets better than the four piece?

Personally, I always use Fel-Pro, never used a one piece pan gasket. JMHO.

I have used fel pro, Victor Reinz, mr gasket and Engine pro brand gasket sets all brands worked fine. Personally i prefer the regular 4 piece gasket but used both without problems.
