Hi,
I'm trying to get the window roller off the little ball stud that it pops(?) onto? Do I just need to pry on it harder and it pops off or is there some kind of trick to getting these things off? It kinda looks like there might be a little snap ring in there somewhere but there is so much crud in the one that's on there it's hard to tell.
After I do manage to get it off there does anybody know where I can buy one. We've only have one of them and we need two.
