I'm getting these error messages, stoolbar.dll. I called Gateway, they say it's a 3rd party download and they can't help me with it. So, they patch me through to someone that can, for $1.95 a minute, I politely said no thanks. I'll get some help from somewhere else. Without all the payments...

Any help? Any suggestions?
