Console Bumpers

Does anyone know wher to find the two console bumpers that go in the console, under the console door to keep the tension on the door? I can not find them in any catalog. I don't mind modifying them to fit but I have had no luck anywhere.

Just an idea. Help! products offer an assortment of rubber bumpers in different sizes. I used these to replace a missing bumper on my '05 Deville console. There was one that fit the hole, but I had to cut it down to get the height correct.

Thanks Zeke. I did a google search and couldn't find them. All I found was "self help products" to help cure my Chevelle addiction.

Where are they located and how do I get in touch with them?

I've never looked for them on the net. Most of your major chain auto parts stores will carry a line of Help! They are hanging packages (i.e. bubble pack); red with the big word Help! across the top in thick white letters. It's all sorts of stuff, window cranks to clutch springs, so you kind of have to wade through the selection. In my case, Pep Boys has the best selection and that's where I got mine, but my Autozone and Advance also carry Help! Sorry I couldn't do more.

BOB, You are 'da man!

... Unfortunately there are NO Advanced Auto Parts stores in California except for one in San Diego. Does this meant that when Cruz Pedragon comes to California on the NHRA "Western Swing" we should cheer for John Force? Sorry, a little drag racing humor.

I will check the part number at some of the local outlets. Kragen doesn't have them so I'm already not cheering for Del Worsham.

chuck if you have no luck let me know i will gladly send whats left in the package for the cost of a stamp looks like 3 left that i used on my console i dont think i will be needing them any time soon heck it took 40 years for the original ones to wear out
