I saw a '66 at a local show that was very close to that color. Kind of a tange-ellow. It definitely got your attention in a row of more sedate colored cars. For me personally it was a bit "much". I think it would look better if it was painted that new Charger burnt orange from the side body line (door handle height approx) down. Just leave your color on the top of the fenders, hood, roof, and trunk. I actually kicked it around and came back to my original plan... a nice shade of blue.

Personally I would add a dark red or real bright yellow pearl in the clear to add a 2 dimensional color. That is a cool color on your car adding the pearl just gives the color that extra WOW factor.

I like it. I agree with posting from above - a little more red would make it nicer, richer. Kind of like the other photos you have. That color on engine parts looks richer. Either way - it is nice to see something different.

I like it a lot. I think it looks great. It may need something to brake up the color a little (hood stripe(s) I was going to go with a color very close to that on my 67. It was Acura Sundance gold Pearl. I ended up going with House of Kolors Cinder Red Metallic with Kandy Tangerine. I'm pretty happy.

I see a similar orange color on a lot of new Toyotas & Nissans. It's in style now, but I doubt it will stay in fashion for more than a couple of years.

The color of my car is nothing like those colors at all. It's pretty impressive first hand. I honestly could care less about what is in fashion. My next project is going to be painted Burnished Brown, so that shows what I think about whats in style at the moment.
