Did the cutouts come with it or did you buy them seperate?

I have been looking for a set like that where you can just bolt the plate over it.

Matt
The cutouts didnt come with it. I just ordered them from summit seperate.

They sound different on my set up. Idle sounds like open headers .

The curves that go over the axel will tilt "in" towards each other rather than face out as you laid them out. We installed this kit in a friends Buick. Not too bad a fit, still needs some work. He has the Summit cheapy 3" turbo muffs (not - these muffs are actually 2.5" inside). But, you can get a flowmaster 3" pipe-only kit for like 200.00 - that's what I got, and although it doesn come with hardware, the Summit hardware was cheap stuff, probably only a couple of bucks.

I had to do a fair amount of fitting work to get the Summit 3" kit to fit my Elky. But then I also bumped the muffler size from the recommended standard 14" to a 22". So I take some responsibility for my fitment and adjustments ;)

You will need to take a wedge out of the hump where it is coming down on the back side of the axle. Probably almost an inch of wedge.

I also recommend using thin wood between the frame and body with rope loops to hang pieces where they need to be for fitting. Much easier than holding them up there.

The tails have a horizontal section that in retrospect I would have tied to a 2x4 to keep them all trued up at the same angle and lined up with the axle. Mine are kicked off just a bit and would have looked better straight.
