The baseplate on my Holley 4160 Vaccum Secondary 650cfm is cracked pretty bad (causing a major vaccum leak). I am in the market for a new baseplate only, cause everything else is working fine on the carb.

The only baseplate that I could find for a 4160 is by Proform and it is for a 750cfm carb. My Holley is a 650cfm.

Will a the proform baseplate for a 750 match up to the main body of my 650cfm? And if it does match up do I have a 750cfm carb then?

Or is this just not a good idea
Thanks
Jason

I just called ProForm and their 750CFM VS will not work with the 650 I have. The tech guy said that their would be some interference with that baseplate and the body of the carb. I guess the butterflys are bigger on a 750.

I saw that Holley makes some for a 4160 but Summit isn't doing to well in the description part so I have no idea if they are for a 650,750 mechanical or VS., Which baseplate is for what type of carb
