Mark , enlighten me on a couple things. SBC rod journals on 4.25 stroker crank. That's an .050 cut on a stock crank? Was this done on purpose or you just needed to cut the crank to clean it up? 273/686 on the springs, what are the specs on the pushrods? I run those same Mahle pistons in the 540" motor with an Eagle crank and rods. Motor only gets spun to 5800-6000 though, but nice to know it's there if ever want to get silly. What was nice was, those pistons came out of the box very close piston to piston.

Got it. So do you use stock BBC rods with .050 bearings or is the rod big end reduced as well?
