back to my 572 with a barry grant speed demon 850 failed co at cruise ,finally have some time to deal with it now. did bench test filled float bowls ,over night. no leakage notice on the secondary shooter,when i work the rear excell pump shoots out of one of the 4 vents (as well as shooter),took apart found no gasket/seal problems ,changed washers on shooter ,blew out all passages.same thing again on the bench test ,this carb came with the 572 and only has 900miles on .i hope the case mold is not porus?no wonder it was 9.60co at cruise fuel would be running in secondary side as it started to open on dyno.any thoughts would be great ,I trying to be clear with my discription of problem.
