Are you sure its the axle and not the wheel or tire?

 

It is actually both the axel and the wheel. I pulled it off and tried it on the other side and that side began to woble slightly. I then put a know straight wheel on the left and it still wobled a little.

Sorry I should have put that detail in my original post.

 

put it on jack stands and try it with no wheel,look at the face of the axle flange, it don't take much of a hit on a curb or anything to bend a wide wheel.

 

I did what robert suggested and there is a slight woble in the axel.

Again I feel no vibrations when driving.
What will happen if I do nothing?

It will eventually wear out the seal, wear out your tire, and ruin the bearing.
