I've ran a combo like this, you have to be sure to use rectangular post intake gaskets, or there will be a vacuum leak. I'm sure it probably doesn't make as much power as an oval port intake, but everyone thinks you're running square port heads! It would probably help to radius the oval port out a bit, but I don't think there's enough metal in the port area to open them up all the way.
