Excluding the state of our economy...what is the time it took most of you to complete your project??
My 67 needs everything. I purchased this car in Nov. 2007. Doing the work myself I have completed the engine, trans, exhaust, disc brake conversion, front sheet metal, electrical, and now restoring the dash. Still needs paint, interior, and all the exterior trim installed.
Trying to work more at my regular job to ensure I keep it, honey-dos, holidays, weather, of course lack of funds (sketchy economy & 2 kids in college) keeps me from really getting this done as quickly as I originally thought.
I thought that parts prices and auto painters would lessen in cost but so far that's not the case.

Thinking back, the longest it was down is when I had stripped the paint off and sprayed the new red on it now, that was about a 3-4 week adventure.
