Yeah I know go see an attorney.

I may have to ck into a Cancer Treatment facility soon and am told min stay is 2-3 weeks...or could be months it not worse.
Been putting it off for awhile but know its about time.
Dont want to leave this house unoccupied especially out here in Hemet...wouldnt be anything left when/if I got out.

If I gave a sibling POA little worried she would sell my 'El..Since Ive become sick Ive been approached with that a few times.
Really dont know 1 person I can trust with this but shes the oldest sibling and will probaby wind up with it anyways..If so Ill have her post it here
someone will get it super cheap. Knowing her, probably 5k

I am only assuming the facility will insist I do this.

So say I got out, is this reversible where I can have control of my vehicle,. finances again?
Too stubborn or stupid to kick off.

I can give POA of medical to a friend of mines wife I totally trust her.
not sure if I have to do one with finances/posessions. Really dont want to, dont know if its all in 1 or separate.


TKG and others thanks I will look into it. Not sure wether to store everything in this house or just run a "free" ad on CL and store the car somewhere.
Should just sell it but its kinda what keeps me going wether I use it or not.

I will..got a million crucial things going on at the moment. One situation has to be solved this next week or there wont be any income to keep my coverage that pays for that treatment.
Stay single!

Talked to 2 lawyers I know..mine would be simple to do but those cost $.
Worst case Ill sign over/give a few things up the rest can go in the dumpster.
Dont place much value on material things. Im still kicking and shouldnt be so Im sure Ill get through this too. Thanks for the words guys.
