Will 15x10 's work all way around on a 72 El Camino?
I really like the deep rims all the way around, and what
size tires would be best for front and rear for the widest
possible look,I also like the low profile look.

Because he wants a deep look to the front...

Not sure IF 15X10 will work up front. I used to run 15X7 with 265/50-15 tires (pretty wide), and then switched to 17X9.5 with 275/40-17s up front... These had 6 " of BS (might have worked with 5.75" BS, but I wanted to stay away from the outer lip). Mine was a '66, but I have heard the fronts will handle about the same tires and BS between those years.

On a 15X10, with that much BS, not sure the wheel would clear the ball-joints, etc... You could run less BS (deeper look), but then its going to start sticking out of the wheel well...

15" and low profile will be really short. If you want low profile rubber you're probably going to have to go at least 16". 15s with lo-pro tires look odd on a chevelle and only work for civics and what not. I am hoping to go 18x10 in the back and 17x7 in front with a nice fat lip and some low profile BFG drag radials. It should look pretty sick...
