Was just wondering if I was the last, of what used to be many, that washes his car in the street. Yep, I'm cheap and yep I remember washing the old mans company car for $2.00 and the windows had to be perfect. Seems today everyone is signed up for the monthly deal at the car wash. Then their license plates get ripped off and the roof rack/antenna is messed up etc.....Does anyone really work anymore in this country? So help me out here am I a dying breed? heh heh.

I'd much rather do it myself then have it done for me. I find it an entertaining challenge to do things others would not. I do occasionally use a car wash but not an automated one. I like the blow dryers they have now.
