I have an Alan grove alternator bracket too which I used to mount it on the passenger side. it's their mid-mount bracket. Hid website has a greater selection of alternator brackets for SBC and BBC than I've ver seen anywhere else in my entire life! Fanatastic selection. if you cannot find what you need over at his website, then chances are you're not going to find it at all, and you'll ned to mix and match parts, or you'll need to fab up something yourself from scratch.

Some guys like all that shiney bling bling stuff that march sells, but not only is that stuff way overpriced, that just isn't my cup of tea. That's another reason why I like most of the pieces from Alan Grove. You can paint them silver with some hi-temp paint, or even black paint if that's your preference, and they look fine IMO.
