I have a 1964 Chevelle that originally had manual steering. The previous owner installed McGaughys spindles that were originally part of a kit for cars that already had disk brakes. See pictures at link below.

This was the prelude to finishing the disk brake conversion which was never done.
Picture of the conversion components is provided in the first picture and the other two are the 2" Drop spindles installed.
I now want to finish the conversion and I don't know:
1. What components were different? I already understand the spiindle and associated disk brake parts.
2. Some of the original disk brake components were to be used with the kit. I am assuming that the Caliper Mounting Bracket and the steering arm are the only components that would have been retained. Am I correct??
3. Now that the McGaughys spindle is installed and the stock steering arm is installed, If I get the original or after market Caliper bracket will this complete the conversion?? This question only relates to the Spindle, Caliper Bracket, Rotors, and Steering Arm unless there is something that I am overlooking. The hydraulics will be addressed in another question if I run into problems.
Any information or the relating of experience in this situation would be extremely helpful as will the answers to the question.
If I am in a bag of worms advice would be appreciated also. If additional information is required, I will do my utmost to answer with my ancient memory.
Thanks
