Now that the intake is going to be off for awhile thought about the crossover lines you see guys running.

Im assuming I drill the rears on ea side (what size hole?) and run a line to the front on ea side where my sending units are, no? I can always relocate those btw

Heard others say the middle two cyls run hotter so would there also be a line run from what part of the head to???? Water pump fittings, or one of those thermostat housings with extra water fittings in them?

pics would help.

Run a spacer under the thermostat housing plumbed to accept the coolant lines

They now make an adaptor, not sure who maybe Moroso but not too sure on that. Any machine shop can make an adaptor/spacer for you

There is a local guy who does it out of aluminum for a good price

Got casting ribs right in the way of where the hole should go, hmm.

What size should these holes be, maybe I can work around it if not Ill have to wait til I come across an intake that has them already.

Most use -6 line, so you could use a 1/4 npt tap to make the hole which isn't all that big.

I have the 4 corner water and I also have -4 line from my water pump to the area between the two exhaust valves, below the header flange and I drill the hole aimed right at the area that would be opposite of the two exhaust seats. I drill and tap 1/8 npt holes in both the water pump and head.
