I'm converting my bench seat to buckets, and understand that I would usually weld in the bucket seat mount brackets. Just double checking myself that I still need to do that that, even though I'm going to be using non GM seats, going over the local U Pick junk yard to see what's available. The reason I ask is because I see seats like the JEGS 70200K2 Race Seats that come with bolt on brackets.
As for the brackets, reading through the forum, the 4 piece like 1971-72 Chevelle SS Bucket Seat Mount Bracket Set 4 pcs seems to be the most popular. Just wondering if anyone had any experience with this set.
