I just got a call from Jim (our group leader), we are going to try to fly the A26 this Wed. Jim and I and maybe 2 other members will be at the Hanger in Ada, OK about 7am to start getting the plane ready to pull out. The pilots are supposed to be there about 10am.
SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO, just in case anyone here can make it, we would love for you to come out------------------bring a jacket. :)

I will have to leave the house about 530am so that I can be there by 7am.
A LOT of preparation will need to be done before we can even hit the starter switch.
I have never videoed activity on the flight deck, I'll see if I can work that in tomorrow.
For this flight, we will have 2 pilots that have never been on our A26. So, as flight engineer, I will have to "train" and monitor them closely to be sure they know how to fly one of these old birds. :D
