I just found out today after starting the engine that the turbo 350 is dead. I have park and neutrals. The fluid drained out since it's been sitting for 2 years and it doesn't work anymore.
Now that I'm getting it ready to drive again this happens!!!

The shop told me to get a 700R4 to replace it with. I had wanted to do that before but now I'm forced to do something.
So is that the trans that I should go with or would a 4L60 be better? Also what years should I look for or stay away from? I'm running a mild 307 and will be useing this for a daily driver and delivery vehicle for work.
