Needed some help here. Building my 70 SS have a 454 that I have a set of world products ovals for 2.25/1.88 and a matching Merlin oval intake. Chambers are 119cc. Pump gas motor so Im going 60 over with 20cc pop ups at zero deck height. Probably will run a 770 Holley or 850 just need an electric choke carb for the wife. I want to run comp cams XM284HR .547/547 230/236 284/290 with 112 LSA. Dont want a rough idle 700r4 with 2800 stall 3.73 posi. Should put right at 9.8 or 10 to 1. The wifes going to drive it so looking for dependble 500hp without alot of rumpty rump.
