I took my dash apart over a year ago, so maybe I'm just forgetting something but, now I'm installing a new aftermarket dash bezel. (OPG) The AC vent opening on the drivers side has a place for the bottom screw to secure the vinyl vent ball housing to the dash bezel, but not at the top. I'm I missing a little bracket or something? This is all right underneath the headlight and wiper switch area. Is the aftermarket bezel incorrect, or am I forgetting something?
And like a dumby, I already threw away the old bezel. And that's lessons I'm learning the hard way. Don't throw anything away til you've replaced and fitted the new piece. Along with not assuming the neutral safety switch actually works properly, but that's a whole other tale of whoa! (Yea, I ran over the other dash bezel) Any help on this?
