Hello its been awhile thought i would share some updates on the Chevelle. The car has gone as far as its going to go performance wise with a quickest run of 8.42@164 with multiple top 3 Drag week finishes with a 1st place finish in 2021. I like to Drag and drive events with the car. The F2 is maxed out with a 77/44 pulley combo @7400 rpm finish line on a good run and air. The car is a real heavy weight @3900 with driver and A/W intercooler. You really start having belt issues at this HP level driving the blower to max. Going to be keeping track of the weight loss / gain to start with 100#of intercooler that will now be A/A

The Turbo set up will be with some cheap parts and some not so cheap parts. The turbos are Amazon Supercell S480s with billet compressor wheels. Amazon BBC headers with 2 1/4 pipes and 3 1/2 V-band flange. I have all ready run into problems with the left header rear pipe is directly in the steering shaft path. will be making a new pipe and attaching to header with a V-Band. I dont think they sell these headers anymore on Amazon. bought them 2 years ago. They don't really sell any "bolt" on big race intercoolers. Going to try a SHEARER FAB Pro series 1200hp cooler and push it way past that. Going with some CRX 60mm waste gates on CO2. This will all be run with the existing Holley Dominator FI.This Is definitely not a bolt together deal like Procharger.

Welcome to the site! Good to see another car with a Procharger. What fuel are you running? I'm currently running E85 with a water to air intercooler but I'm getting rid of the intercooler and going to run straight methanol when under boost. My car is a '69 Camaro with a 427SBC and Holley EFI with a Dominator ECU.

Daryl good to see a come back!

you’ll be much better happier with the A-A personally. I run a 24x12x4 in the 1100hp range and it keep IAT 10-20f over ambient. Weigh is 32lbs.
That said engine cooling can be difficult sometimes. Lots of timing and a lot of water pump is required for +90f days.

good luck, look forward to more build photos.

I run a single turbo 540 setup myself
